Timberland and Lee have paid homage to their new balance 580 womens western heritage in a new collaborative capsule. Lensed amidst the vast golden valleys of remote countryside, the lookbook highlights a series of rugged staples that have been modernized with the latest materials and cuts yet nod to its cultural roots. The lineup includes an assemblage of garments steeped in rich indigo dyes, heather grey cotton, plaid and warm orange highlights: workwear meets denim.

It’s worth noting that many of the new balance 580 deconstructed pieces in the range have incorporated the use of recycled linen to maintain eco-friendly standards, while other materials like organic cotton and thick denim offer a homespun feel. One noteworthy piece is the multi-paneled trucker jacket. The front of the jacket comes with slanted seams below the chest pockets, complemented by a central snap-button closure. Contrasting white piping is placed along the back of the arms as a finishing touch to the classic jacket.

It was quite a job,” he continues.
