Hi,
Pardon me for not typing in French as I'm a tourist.
I went to the Free Mobile store on 24th Dec to purchase the 1 month 19.99 E plan using the bornes Free machines. Unfortunately the first two tries I had cancelled my order after being charged through my credit card due to some error and did not receive my SIM card. Subsequently with the Rien of an assistant in the shop, I bought another two SIM cards for my partner and me. I was told by the staff that I will get refund for my earlier two purchases in a few days. However, from my card statement I was charged and has yet to be given a refund.
What's should I do. It's a total of 19.99 (1 month) + 10 (sim card) x2 = 59.98 E.
